How is the monthly price worked out?
Count the units you manage and find your band; every unit is charged at that band's rate. For example, 50 units are in Mara: 50 x KES 85 = KES 4,250 a month, and 300 units are in Tana: 300 x KES 60 = KES 18,000 a month.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, KES 1,500 a month, which covers up to 12 units.
Is paying yearly cheaper?
Yes. A year paid up front costs 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices exclude VAT.
Are there extra modules or per-user fees?
No. Every plan includes all portals, M-Pesa rent collection, lease signing, reports and free listing on ISHI Homes.
